What payment methods do we accept?
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.
Returns are accepted as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was received.
Items can be returned for another item, or for store credit.
Items that are NOT RETURNABLE: custom, clearance, and pre-loved items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is lost or damaged.

Pre-loved goods are non-refundable.
Pre-loved goods have been washed before delivery, but we recommend a second wash.
All packages within Australia are sent using regular Parcel Post with tracking included. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website to track the delivery of your parcel.
Packages being delivered internationally (outside Australia) are sent via Standard delivery, which offers priority handling and basic tracking for most destinations.
NOTE: Packages delivered outside of Australia may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees that must be paid by the buyer on receipt.
